Following our previous years hugely successful tournaments, we are pleased to invite you to our 8^thAnnual 5 a-Side Football Tournament for 2007

To be held on above listed dates at Rubery Juniors FC, Bay Tree Farm, Middle Lane, Wythall, West Midlands, B47 6LF. A-Z Ref. 3F Page 161

Costs per Team are listed above.

·          Player’s ages are as per season 2006/07 must be under their relevant age group limit by August31^st 2006.

·          For teams up to and including Under 10’s age groups, teams may consist of boys and girls.  All other age groups will be boys only apart from Girls and Ladies Festivals.

·          Proof of age may be requested on the day of tournament at club reception desk.  You will be required to give full squad names and dates of birth on your registration form. Please bring season registration cards for each player to this tournament for inspection.

·          A maximum of 8 players per squad is allowed for 5-a-side and maximum 9 players for 6-a-side..

·          Numbers per age group are limited to 16 teams on a first come basis. To avoid disappointment book early as closing dates are 14 days prior to relevant age group date but they fill up very quickly!

·          Confirmation of your booking will be sent after payment has been received at club if requested (please enclose stamped addressed envelope).  Bookings will be on a first come first serve basis and are only confirmed on receipt of Registration Fees.

·          Registration MUST be BEFORE 9.15am on your relevant day with the first kick off being at 10.00am.

·          Cheques to be made payable to RUBERY JUNIORS FC with your name, contact number, club name and age group written on the reverse. 

·          Competition rules and registration forms can be obtained two weeks prior to the event date by sending a SAE to the address below or alternatively they can be sent via e-mail.

·          Refreshments will be available all day.
